How do I add an additional contact?

Many pets go missing when their owners are on vacation, away for business or just at work during the day.


Alternate contacts can help reduce the time the pet spends at a shelter. You can add up to two additional contacts to your account if you are registered with Premium Lifetime registration.  


Additional contacts will receive emails regarding your lost and found pet(s) and we may rely on them if we are unable to get in touch with you.  We recommend listing another household member, your veterinarian, or pet sitter... ideally it should be someone who is local but you can select whoever you entrust your pet with!      


Please click here to get started and then follow these directions;

  • Click on Owner Info

  • Select Update Account Info

  • Select Alternate/Emergency Contact, enter desired changes and click on the red Save button at the bottom of the page to save your changes
