Who is authorized to make changes to a PetLink account? | Can someone else manage my account?

We can only discuss information regarding the account with the registered owner on file or the alternate/emergency contacts listed.

We will not provide any information on the account or allow any changes to be made if the person requesting the changes is not listed on the account.
