How do I retrieve my username or password?

Your username is the email address that you or the implant facility used to set up your PetLink account. If you are unsure of what it is click here. 

Enter your pet's microchip number so we can locate your account and send a reminder to the email address that PetLink has on file for you.  

If you do not remember your password, click here.  Re-confirm your username/email address, then a link to change your password will be sent.  

Please note that PetLink will only be able to send you the password reset link if the email address you provide matches the one associated with your account. If the email address entered here does not match, you will not receive the notice and you will need to send an email to petlink@petlink.net for further assistance.
