How do I transfer my pet to a new owner?

Owner-to-Owner transfer are fast & easy and do not require the new owner to submit any proof of ownership documents!

1. Click the pet's name from the pet tile 

2.  Click 'Transfer ownership' 

3. Enter the new owner's email address and click 'Submit'.  The new owner will be be sent an email that contains a live link that is valid for 14 days.  If they do not use that link to accept the change of ownership within 14 days you will need to resubmit the transfer request.
