How is the owner notified if a found pet report is filed?

Once the found pet report has been submitted we immediately notify the owner by email (once a day for 5 days), phone (if there is no answer a voicemail is left unless voicemail is full or has not been set up), and text message (twice a day for 3 days) if applicable.

If the owner has any additional contacts listed they will also be notified by email.
