The integration is specific to your practice management software, so switching systems requires a new integration setup. Contact PetLink at support@petlink.net with the name of your new software and your clinic's PetLink account email to get started.
On the first day the new integration is active, PetLink will automatically look back at the last 90 days of records in your new system, so patients added during the transition period will not be missed.
