How do we know which pets were successfully registered and which ones failed?

After each nightly run, PetLink automatically sends a results email to your clinic's PetLink account email address. This email lists every microchip processed and groups them into: successfully registered, already registered, failures with a reason, and any pets with an open Lost Pet Report.

If you are not receiving these emails, verify that the correct email address is on file for your clinic's PetLink vet account, or contact PetLink at support@petlink.net.
