The owner's phone number in our records is not 10 digits — will the registration still go through?

No. PetLink requires all phone numbers to be exactly 10 digits. A number that is shorter or longer than 10 digits will cause the registration to fail.

Correct the phone number in your practice management software to a valid 10-digit number, and the registration will be picked up automatically in the next nightly run.
