Owner never received petlink welcome email after integration
A pet owner says they never received their PetLink Welcome Email — what should I do?
First, ask the owner to check their spam or junk folder, as Welcome Emails are sometimes filtered. The email comes from PetLink (petlink.net).
If it's not there, verify that the email address in your practice management software is correct and matches exactly what the owner uses. A typo or outdated email in your records is the most common cause.
