The default password is the owner's 10-digit phone number on file. The owner receives this information in their Welcome Email along with instructions to log in at petlink.net.

Owners can change their password at any time after logging in. If a client says they did not receive the email or cannot log in, ask them to check their spam folder or contact PetLink at support@petlink.net.
