Will a new pet be added to an existing petlink account during integration?
If a pet owner already has a PetLink account, will a new pet be added to their existing profile?
Yes. If the owner's email address already exists in PetLink, the new pet is added to their current account automatically — no duplicate account is created.
If the email in your records does not match any existing PetLink account, a new account is created for them and they receive a Welcome Email.
