No. PetLink's automatic registration only processes microchips that start with 981 — those are PetLink (Datamars) chips. Microchips with any other prefix are not counted in the upload.

If you see the message "Microchip did not include prepaid registration" in your results, it means those chips were sold by an organization that uses a different registry. You can safely ignore those entries — they are not errors with your integration.
