When your pet goes missing, PetLink supports your search in several ways:

Lost Pet Report: Log in at https://www.petlink.net/account/member-login/ and file a Lost Pet Report. You can share it directly to social media from within your account to maximise visibility.

Found Pet Alerts: If someone finds your pet and scans their microchip, PetLink is notified and contacts you immediately by email, text, and phone to coordinate the reunion.

Lost Pet Posters: Your account includes built-in poster templates you can print and distribute in your area.

Microchip lookup: Any shelter, vet, or good samaritan who finds your pet can look up the chip number at petlink.net and trace it back to your contact information.

The most important thing you can do right now is make sure your contact details in your PetLink account are current — an outdated phone number or email means we cannot reach you when your pet is found.
