How do I unsubscribe from marketing emails?

Log in to your PetLink account at https://www.petlink.net/account/member-login/ and follow these steps:

1. Click Owner Info.
2. Click Unsubscribe.
3. Click Yes to confirm.

The change takes effect within 48 hours — you may receive a few more emails in the meantime.

Please note that even after unsubscribing, PetLink will still contact you by email for account changes, ownership transfer notices, and lost or found pet alerts.
