How do I change my password?

Log in to your PetLink account at https://www.petlink.net/account/member-login/ and follow these steps:

  1. Click Owner Info right between "My Pets" and "Payments".
  2. Click Change Password in the "Personal Details" menu.
  3. Enter your old and new passwords, then click Change Password to save.

You will be redirected to the login page — sign in with your email and new password to get back in.
