How do I change my password?

Log in to your PetLink account at https://www.petlink.net/account/member-login/ and follow these steps:

  1. Click Owner Info in the upper left corner.
  2. Click Update Account Info in the left menu.
  3. Select Account Information, then click Change Password.
  4. Enter your old and new passwords, then click Change Password to save.

You will be redirected to the login page — sign in with your email and new password to get back in.
