  • Forgot your password? Reset it at https://www.petlink.net/account/forgot-password/
  • Forgot your username? Retrieve it via SMS at https://www.petlink.net/account/forgot-username/
  • Not sure if you have an account? Enter your pet's microchip number in the Microchip Lookup tool at the top of petlink.net — if your pet's details appear, an account exists.
