How do I update my info or my pet's info?

Log in to your PetLink account at https://www.petlink.net/account/member-login/ — if you need to reset your password first, go to https://www.petlink.net/account/forgot-password/

  • To view or edit your pet's details, click on your pet's name, then click Edit Pet Information in the left menu.
  • To view or update your owner details, click Owner Info in the top menu, then click Update Account Info in the left menu.
