I cannot login — what do I do? | How do I access my PetLink account?
First, did you create your PetLink account yourself, or was it set up by a vet, shelter, or rescue when your pet was microchipped?
If a vet, shelter, or rescue created your account
Log in using the email address they provided at https://www.petlink.net/account/member-login/ — if you are unsure which email was used, use the Forgot Username tool at https://www.petlink.net/account/forgot-username/ to retrieve it via SMS.
If you created your account yourself

- Forgot your email? Use the Forgot Username tool at https://www.petlink.net/account/forgot-username/ to retrieve it via SMS.
If you are not sure whether an account exists for your pet
Enter your pet's microchip number in the Microchip Lookup tool at petlink.net — if your pet's details appear, an account exists and we can help you.
If PetLink cannot find your pet, that means that you're not registered yet!
