If you have a PetLink account, log in at https://www.petlink.net/account/member-login/ — your microchip number is listed on your pet's profile. If you need to reset your password first, go to https://www.petlink.net/account/forgot-password/

If you have never registered with PetLink, only the vet clinic that implanted the chip or a vet with a scanner can retrieve the number — PetLink cannot look up chips that are not in our database.
