Transfer request but pet is reported Lost

In the event a pet has a lost report open, the owner on file will need to be contacted for approval.


We will reach out to the owner on file by email and/or phone.


If we do not hear from the registered owner within 10 business days we will close the lost pet report and proceed with the transfer.
