My pet disappeared from my account

If you've received a notice from PetLink stating that your pet has been transferred and is no longer registered to you, but you still have your pet, please reach out to us by emailing petlink@petlink.net.

We’ll verify our records to ensure everything is accurate.

In some cases, your pet may still be registered to you but temporarily linked to another account. Let us know, and we’ll be happy to assist you further.
