If you need to reset your password, use the 'Forgot Password' link. Once logged in, navigate to 'Owner Info' and select 'Update Account Info' to make changes. To update your pet's information, select the pet, click 'Edit Pet,' make the desired changes, and save them. Ensure to click the respective save buttons to confirm updates.
