I forgot my username and password to my account

If you’ve forgotten both your username and password, don’t worry—here’s how you can regain access to your account:

1. Retrieve Your Username: Your username is the email address you used to set up your PetLink account. If you’re unsure of the email, you can request a username reminder by entering your pet's microchip number here. The reminder will be sent to the email address linked to your pet's registration.

2. Reset Your Password: Once you have your username (email address), you can reset your password here. Simply enter your username/email, and a password reset link will be sent to the email address on file.
