I can not add vet information
If you're having trouble adding your vet's information to your PetLink account, here’s how you can resolve it:
1. If your vet has a PetLink account:
- Log in to your account here.
- Go to Owner Information.
- Click on Edit Profile Info.
- Choose the Vet option and click the Search icon.
- Enter your vet’s details (city, state, or zip code) and click Search.
- If your vet is listed, select Use Vet and then click Save.
2. If your vet does not have a PetLink account:
- Log in to your account here.
- Navigate to Pet and click Click here to edit pet.
- Scroll to the Vet section.
- Enter your vet’s details (city, state, or zip code) and click Search.
- If your vet isn’t listed, select Input My Vet's Details, manually fill in their information, and click Save.
